Background
Sandra has over 13 years of experience practicing in Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with the United Nations and leading global law firms and companies in Paris, Beirut and Dubai.
Her practice principally involves corporate, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented clients in major mergers in the region.
She assists companies in the different stages of their life cycle from incorporation, through growth, to exit; she acts across multiple sectors and industries. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
